3.Base Coating Unit

4.IR Drying Conveyor
－ Equipped with mid-wave IR quartz lamp, prompt heating up without reflection and heat can be absorbed by paper efficiently.

－ Air fan cooling system.
5.UV Coating Unit
－ Consists of one application roller, one doctor roller & one chromed pressure roller for coating.
－ Variable speed control for the metering roller permits adjustment to accommodate lower coating wastage.
－ Doctor blade to clean out the surface of pressure roller, and provide uncontaminated sheets.
6.UV Curing Conveyor
－ Equipped with 3 UV lamps with exhausting system.
－ Auto pneumatic opening control of the UV oven (for safety and to protect conveyor belt)
－ Electrical control equipped with full lamp and half lamp selection
－ Vacuum suction table with Teflon-coated conveyor belt.
7.Delivery Unit
－ Pneumatic sheet jogging device knocking up both sides of sheet and photo-electric cell controlled.
